Client Confidentiality Agreement

All personal and medical information shared during massage therapy sessions will be kept strictly confidential, regardless of the client’s public status, including celebrities, influencers, or public figures. The massage therapist will not disclose any details to third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law or necessary for your safety. Your information will be securely stored and used solely to provide and enhance your treatment. You have the right to access and request corrections to your information. This confidentiality commitment remains in effect even after your therapy ends.

24-Hour Cancellation and Lateness Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change, but to ensure that all clients have the opportunity to enjoy our massage services, we have established the following policies:

Cancellation within 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment within 24 hours of the scheduled time, you will be charged the full amount of the session.

No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show, where you miss your appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be charged.

​

Lateness Policy: We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, the time will be deducted from your session. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, we cannot extend the end time of your session, as it may impact the schedule of subsequent clients.
